TOR Shuts down RFCC Plant

The Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) has been shut down as a result of a fault in the regenerator plenum, causing the cyclone to break down. The damage in the regenerator is extensive.

However, engineers and technicians at TOR in consultation with UOP are working to bring the processing plants on stream. The total downtime is estimated at 10 weeks.
